Do I need to know which neighbourhood I want before contacting you?
Not at all. The Personal Residence Discovery service exists precisely for clients who are still forming a picture of where they would feel most settled. We ask careful questions and arrange tours so that the decision emerges naturally.
How long does the placement process usually take?
From the first conversation to a signed lease, most clients move through the process in two to four weeks. Clients with more specific or senior requirements may take a little longer — and we make no effort to shorten that timeline artificially.
Are the properties you show available to foreigners?
Yes. All residences we present are suitable for foreign nationals. We are also familiar with Malaysia My Second Home requirements and can guide you toward properties whose owners have experience with international tenants.
What is included in the Lease Coordination service?
We handle owner verification, lease review, deposit and utility handover, inventory documentation, and the move-in walkthrough. We remain your single point of contact for building-related correspondence throughout the tenancy, and include lease renewal and handback coordination at both ends of your stay.
How does the Signature Sky Residence Programme differ?
The programme gives clients access to a curated list of properties not publicly listed on portals — full-floor residences, duplex penthouses, and private waterfront homes. It also includes arrival coordination, building dossiers, and introductions to vetted household staff. The service is relationship-led throughout.
Do you work with clients who are not yet in Malaysia?
