Cendana charges a fixed advisory fee for each service — declared at the start of the engagement and unchanged throughout. We do not take a percentage of rent or accept referral payments from landlords. Our recommendations are made in your interest, not in the interest of a commission.

Fixed fees from RM 2,540
Each service tier is priced to reflect the scope of work, not the value of the lease. A RM 12,000/month apartment and a RM 6,000/month apartment receive the same standard of attention.
